Sam showed up as scheduled to repair a 52" Toshiba LCD TV which had lost all picture only 2 months out of warranty. He quickly found a bad circuit board and instead of telling me the board had to be replaced (like most vendors would) he proceeded to trouble-shoot the board and identified bad components. The TV works like new. Sam is a true TV technician in every sense of the word.

Our TV screen was starting to warp and you felt you had triple vision going on. Sam came out and replaced the part of the TV needing replacement parts. After his replacing the part and cleaning the color tubes - the picture was even better than I could have hoped for. We were thinking we may need a new TV, no way.

Sam came out to our house the day after we called for service. He repaired a six year-old rear projection t.v. that had a poor, misaligned picture. He explained everything he did as he was doing it. He was very patient and very knowledgeable, and the t.v. now has a picture that looks like we bought it yesterday.

Awesome old school TV repair. Replacing the power supply board would have been the conventional fix. But he said that would just fail too. So he replaced the burned out capacitors with higher quality caps. It was cheaper and now the TV is better than new. Great guy, nice job.
